"TinyVille" Tiny House
TinyVille took inspiration from the Millennial and turned it up a notch. The owners Rodney and Shirley decided to incorporate a drop-down walkway into the main loft, with plenty of storage at the end. Instead of the office area over the kitchen they opted for a larger loft for additional sleeping space. TinyVille also features the generous kitchen, bathroom and pull-out staircase like that seen in the Millennial. They also chose to swap one of the double doors for a bi-folding window to allow for a couch along the wall. What a genius idea, as the site has the most gorgeous view, right out to Waikawa Beach. It's the perfect holiday location for Wellingtonians, being just over an hours drive out of Wellington. When not in use by the family, Rodney and Shirley list the tiny house on Airbnb - you only have to read a couple of their many 5-star reviews to see what great hosts they are. There's also a two-bedroom bach called InterVille on the property next door so if you want to travel with friends or extended family there's other options available to you. Check out their airbnb listings for TinyVille and InterVille.
