​99% of what we do at Build Tiny is custom 'made-to-order' tiny homes for clients that book us out months in advance. Due to the March 2020 Covid-19 lock-down, one of our clients had to cancel their build, so we took the opportunity to design and build something a bit different in its place.

​We're often asked if we do single level tiny homes, so this gap in our schedule was the perfect opportunity to showcase what a single level tiny house could look like, whilst keeping our builders busy in the Covid-19 recovery.
