Build Tiny currently has the capacity to build 5 tiny homes at once in our Katikati based workshop. With the high demand for tiny house builds, It's usually necessary for clients to secure their build slot some months in advance. We have an average build time of 3 months (excluding public holidays and our annual Christmas shutdown period). By booking a slot, you have the ability to plan your life around the completion of your tiny home. To secure the build slot there is a $5,000 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be credited towards the cost of your build. The below list shows the current build start dates that are available.
